Booking in

Below you will find information in regards to booking your child a space with us, and settling them in.

Here at Little Honeys, we know how big a step it is to start nursery—for both your little one and you. That’s why we take pride in making each settling-in journey as personal, gentle, and comforting as possible.

We believe that strong relationships are the foundation of happy transitions. That’s why we offer tailored settling-in sessions, paced to suit your child—not the clock. We'll take time to get to know your family, your child’s routines, their likes and dislikes, and those little things that make them feel safe and seen. You’ll always be part of the process, with open communication and regular updates so you feel connected every step of the way.

Because here, your child isn’t just joining a nursery—they're becoming part of a little community that cares deeply, listens closely, and always puts the child’s emotional well-being first.

We, as practitioners, will give 100% to meet your child's own individual needs and help them in every way we can. We believe that rushing a child through a transition will not help, so we want to ensure it is done delicately.

The booking process

To enquire about your child joining our hive, you will find an application form below. On our application form, it states all of our timing options, so you can choose what suits you and your little one best.

Once you have submitted your application form, we will be in touch as to whether your wished days/session times can be granted, and then can proceed the booking further. Your booking is not yet confirmed with us until we have been in contact again, and you have your confirmation through.

We do require a non-refundable £100 signing up fee, but this does not have to be paid at this stage.

Once your days and sessions have been confirmed, we will be in contact with you to proceed the booking. This will require you coming to the Little Honey’s Nursery, and filling out some paper work.

We can then organise what we call our ‘’settling into the hive’’ sessions, where your child will attend a number of free sessions to allow them to settle in for a shorter amount of time to help them before their official start date. We will talk all of this through with you when you come in to see us to fill out your initial forms.

Your child may go through many transitions whilst at Little Honeys, this may be from starting at our hive right from when they are a baby, up to when they are Pre-School age. This will all help with transitioning to school when they are that bit older, and as they continue to grow.
